How to Claim Battery
- Visit your nearest care center for warranty claim.
- Provide your Purchase Invoice and Mobile Phone with Battery.
- At care center checked your mobile phone solves the battery issue without any service charges.
Warranty does not cover
- Damaged Battery caused by misuse, repair or accident.
- Bloated battery with over charging or short circuit.
- Scractches or Rashes caused by un-authorized dealer replace the battery.
Special Case
If a battery is replaced with in the warranty period but is out of stock, an equivalent battery will be offered refund is not applicable in such case.
